Spoken War is an online database of poetry from readers like you and me. Their motto is "No Banners, No Bio, No Bullshit". To me, Spoken War, is a Monroe Beardsley approach to art. No bio, banners, bullshit allows for the audience to get right into the poems without having any preconceived notions. They have some incredible poems posted and you should check it out and consider sending in your own works.
The Guerilla Poetics Project is another rad site dedicated to "bring[ing] the poetry of the underground and small press poets of the world to the mainstream". Just awesome. This subconsciously reminds me of the work that the Guerilla Girls did in NYC. It's not for the same cause but it has the same idea of reaching the public (in a subtle way).
